Crew change in Tunisia restarted since November 30th, 2020. In meantime, New measures took place starting from February 1st where a compulsory 7 days confinement at hotel should be arranged.

Sulphur 2020 Regulations

From 1 January 2020, the limit for sulphur in fuel oil used on board ships operating outside designated emission control areas is reduced to 0.50% m/m (mass by mass).

Ivory Coast

The Ivoirian government announced that effective December 7, all inbound air travelers will be subject to additional measures to control the spread of COVID-19, including mandatory rapid antigen testing upon arrival at Airport.

Guinea

Guinea experienced a military coup on the morning 05/09/2021 against President Alpha Conde. Closed since 5th Sept morning, all land borders and Conakry Airport have been reopened after a meeting held 6th Sept noon between government officials.

Angola

All vessels calling AOLAD will have to be inspected at the anchorage area before coming alongside. It is compulsory that all vessels present marine sanitary declaration of health, the last 10 port of calls prior to arrival.

Djibouti

Passengers traveling to and from the Republic of Djibouti by any means (aircraft, boats, trains, collective transport vehicles) must
be tested for COVID-19 upon arrival at air, land or seaports of entry and will cost for test $30.00.

Senegal

Crew Change have been started at Senegal. All vessels calling Dakar have to be inspected at anchorage by PHO & HM and berthing will be allowed only if there is no case of Corona. Vessels must provide before their arrival a crew list and last 10 Port calls.
