Crew Changes can now be performed by using Colombo Bandaranayake International Airport (BIA) as informed by the Ceylon Association of Shipping Agents (CASA). There is no need for prior approval from Foreign Secretary for arrival.

The Ministry of Health has announced that from 3 January 2021, all long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with recent travel history to South Africa within the last 14 days will not be allowed entry into Singapore, or transit through Singapore.
