Mauritius

Borders are open to residents and non-residents as from 01 October 2020. Priority will be given to persons of Mauritian nationality, businessmen and women, crew members as well as long-term tourists.

Crew Changes are allowed in Panamá, but the following restrictions apply: Local Authorities do not allow on signers coming from South America, all countries. Same applies for persons that were in transit in any country of South America.
