The Guidance is for use on all types of ship and tries to take into account the needs of both cargo and passenger ships. It is recognised that cargo ships are unlikely to have a fully trained doctor or nurse on board and that medical treatment on cargo ships will be provided by a crew member with training to Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) medical requirements.[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Guidance for Ship Operators for the Protection of the Health of Seafarers” style=”outline” shape=”round” color=”theme_style_1″ link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.waterfront-ms.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2021%2F06%2FGuidance-for-Ship-Operators-for-the-Protection-of-the-Health-of-Seafarers.pdf|target:_blank” css=”.vc_custom_1623886155132{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_column_text]Disclaimer: As local conditions and regulations can change by the hour, before making any firm plans please contact Marketing@waterfront-ms.com to give you the latest updates for individual countries.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][stm_sidebar sidebar=”272″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
